If you are passionate about the automotive industry and seek a growth opportunity within a solid, innovative, and continuously expanding company, **this position is perfect for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide 2nd-level support to Protheus users, focusing on fiscal routines and stock movements; * Identify, analyze, and correct inconsistencies in ERP processes and data; * Monitor and optimize processes to reduce operational errors; * Support Protheus parameterization and configuration according to business needs; * Develop and adjust SQL queries and reports; * Perform targeted adjustments in ADVPL when necessary; * Support and monitor integrations with other systems; * Use and provide support for SmartView and TOTVS Fast Analytics tools; * Monitor implementations by Protheus consulting firms; * Guide users on correctly performing procedures within Protheus. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical experience with TOTVS Protheus – Stock, Billing, Purchasing, and Logistics modules; * Solid knowledge of fiscal, logistics, and stock processes in Protheus; * Proficiency in SQL (queries and diagnostics); * Knowledge of ADVPL for integration analysis and adjustments; * Experience with Protheus integrations and BI (SmartView, TOTVS Fast Analytics). **Additional Information** **What We Offer** Meal allowance: R$ 565.00; On-site lunch; Health and dental insurance; Gympass; Psychologist partnership; PR; Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; **Why Join Our Team?** At the **Autoamerica Group**, we believe that **every person makes a difference**.
