




Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying business opportunities, qualifying contacts, and scheduling meetings to support partnership development. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of business opportunities and lead qualification. 2. Communication with companies to schedule meetings. 3. Participation in training programs for continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Identify potential companies matching our predefined criteria to generate business opportunities; * Make phone calls to understand the contacted company’s infrastructure, aiming to schedule a meeting between the prospect and partner based on the qualified opportunity; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all companies and contacts collected via phone calls in the current management system; * Gather feedback and insights during calls to help improve future campaign target lists; * Detect business opportunities arising from interactions with contacts, forwarding them to the relevant teams when applicable (Quality/CS); * Qualify contacts based on predefined criteria established in contracts with partners/manufacturers; * Participate in training and professional development programs to continuously enhance communication skills and technical knowledge. * Provide feedback and insights regarding the worked company lists so we can act swiftly to improve the database and ensure SDR performance. Requirements * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on delivery quality; * Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Agility in addressing requests and commitment to achieving targets; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation ability and objection handling expertise—especially in corporate interactions; * Ethical and responsible conduct when handling sensitive information; * Proficiency in tools such as CRM and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.); * Completed undergraduate degree, completed technical course, or currently enrolled in a related field; * Required: Native fluency in Spanish.
