Do these characteristics resonate with you? #JoinBuritiGroupBrazilLand! **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive procurement requests; Request quotations from potential suppliers and analyze the best proposals, considering technical specifications and features. Perform follow-up, monitoring procurement processes from initiation through delivery of goods or provision of services. Prioritize process agility and quality, communicating regularly and requesting status updates. Manage the procurement portfolio, reviewing and analyzing the supplier database to identify new opportunities. Monitor and analyze procurement department performance metrics, such as delivery time, acquisition cost, and quality of purchased products. Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal company policies and applicable legislation. Work closely with other departments—including Finance, HR, Engineering, Construction, Marketing, and Branch Offices—to align procurement needs with corporate objectives. Ensure the development, review, and implementation of policies and practices within the area under your responsibility, in accordance with the company’s established strategies, thereby supporting its development, growth, and continuity essential to business operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Courses/training focused on procurement and contract management are advantageous. Familiarity with the UAU system is an advantage.
