Support for leadership development and feedback culture Hiring Company: A Brazilian law firm that strategically partners with companies in the digital market and digital marketing sectors. **Your Responsibilities** * Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Board, aligning business goals with people management practices. * Design and execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring accuracy and cultural alignment. * Design and monitor training and development programs. * Implement and monitor performance evaluations, career development plans, and succession planning. * Support and develop leaders, strengthening a feedback-oriented and high-performance culture. * Analyze people-related metrics and propose initiatives for retention and continuous improvement. * Support job evaluation, compensation, and benefits management, focusing on equity and competitiveness. * Organize and optimize HR department processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with personnel administration routines. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, Law, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in generalist or strategic HR roles. * Experience recruiting lawyers and service professionals is a plus. * Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and HR management systems. * Strategic, consultative, organized, and data-driven profile.
