Main responsibilities: Supporting the organization and preparation of assessments, overseeing all stages of the process (printing, verification, sorting, and logistics of exams); Supporting academic control during exam days, including attendance registration, submission of absentee lists, and internal workflow organization; Assisting with exam administration and proctoring, ensuring compliance with institutional procedures; Organizing and verifying post-exam assessment materials (answer sheets, exams, and documents); Interacting with and gaining practical experience using the academic grading system, supporting processes of data entry, verification, and information organization; Supporting departmental activities related to assessment results analysis, contributing to data organization that informs pedagogical work; Occasional digitization and organization of academic documents, with attention to information confidentiality.
