We will support you and help accelerate your career! **Job Responsibilities:** Collaborate with Sectoral Management teams to support and assist service routines and conduct critical performance analysis, enabling monitoring and resolution of identified deviations, interacting with stakeholders, recording data in systems, and generating reports according to the governance framework established for each type of request. * Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Field of Study: International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or Information Technology Management. * Valid registration with the respective professional regulatory body. * Four (4) years of experience in the responsibilities outlined above. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * SAP system knowledge. * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for processing information and generating managerial reports. * BW system knowledge.
