Assist in developing educational materials and internal campaigns **Job Objective** Support the **Hospital Quality** Department in monitoring indicators, organizing documents, tracking clinical processes, and implementing activities related to **Patient Safety**, contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare services. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in collecting, organizing, and entering data for clinical and administrative indicators * Assist in updating indicator spreadsheets and technical specifications * Support basic analysis of results (comparison with targets and identification of deviations) * Assist in organizing Quality-related documents (SOPs, protocols, committee minutes) * Support activities of the **Patient Safety Unit (PSU)** * Assist in recording and tracking adverse event notifications * Support preparation of educational materials, announcements, and internal training sessions using **Canva** * Assist in creating posters, informational materials, and internal campaigns related to Quality and Patient Safety * Participate in internal audits, meetings, and committees, as requested * Assist in mapping clinical department processes * **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a **Nursing** program (from the 2nd semester onward) * Intermediate computer skills (**Excel and Word**) * Basic knowledge of **Canva** for visual material development * Interest in **Hospital Quality and Patient Safety** * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$536.41 – R$1,050.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
