It is a dynamic environment offering substantial learning opportunities and rapid results. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platform campaigns. * Assist in metric analysis and performance reporting. * Create and test creatives and ads across various channels. * Research trends, tools, and opportunities to improve results. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, or related fields. * **Interest in learning about paid traffic and performance marketing.** * Basic understanding of AI tools applied to marketing. * **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.** * Analytical ability to interpret data. * **Intermediate-level English or higher (required for reading, comprehension, and communication).** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. * Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). * Interest in sales funnels and conversion strategies. **If you’re passionate about performance marketing, paid traffic, and data analysis, this role is for you!** **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** R$ 600.00 initially; after 3 months, the intern transitions into a growth track within the agency.
