Being diverse means being Super! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Area Description:** The Maintenance Area is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of equipment and facilities used in the requalification and manufacturing processes of P13 cylinders. Working integrally with Production, Quality, Safety, and PCM, this department ensures all operational steps proceed efficiently, with cost reduction, legal compliance, and uninterrupted operations. **Activities Performed:** **Corrective Maintenance:** * Monitoring responses to equipment failures and unexpected shutdowns; * Supporting technicians in root cause analysis and recording interventions; * Observing disassembly, replacement, and adjustment of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components; * Preventive Maintenance; * Monitoring execution of preventive plans per the PCM schedule; * Completing checklists, recording anomalies, and tracking corrective actions; * Verifying operational conditions of machines used in the industrial process. **Predictive Maintenance** * Supporting data collection and recording for condition monitoring (e.g., basic vibration, noise, temperature, pressure, etc.); * Tracking trends and supporting the technical team in interpreting deviations; * Collaborating on updating equipment health indicators and reports; Reports and Documentation; * Preparing maintenance reports (corrective, preventive, and predictive); · Recording interventions, parts used, and hours worked in the internal system. · Supporting asset technical history by maintaining updated and organized information. ; * Support to PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control); * Assisting in opening and closing work orders; * Supporting routine planning, demand prioritization, and backlog control; * Contributing to technical inventory management and material requisition; * Participating in maintenance meetings, presenting activity data and progress updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, or industrial maintenance; * Willingness to learn and grow in the maintenance field. **Desired Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Being Super comes with many advantages—here’s what we offer you:** * **Planning Your Dreams: Market-competitive stipend;** * **Health and Well-being: Medical Assistance and Wellhub;** * **Quality Nutrition: On-site cafeteria;** * **Development: Development Program and Corporate University;** * **Celebrating Your Birthday: Day off during your birth month;** * **Others: Life Insurance and exclusive benefits.** *By confirming your application, you automatically accept our Privacy Policy, available at:* https://www.supergasbras.com.br/\-/media/sites/brazil/pdf\-files/politica\-de\-privacidade\-para\-candidatos\-dez\_\-2019\.pdf. #### **What Makes Us Super?** We are a company that values people and everything they represent: the energy of ideas, contributions, partnerships, and collaboration.
