This **program** offers positions across three functional areas. Your placement will be **determined during the selection process:** **Industrial Processes:** * Support analysis of methods, times, and motions; * Contribute to improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity; * Assist in process documentation; * Monitor tools together with suppliers; * Support creation and analysis of layouts. **Quality:** * Support quality control across all stages of the production process; * Assist in creating and updating quality procedures; * Participate in report analysis and identification of improvement opportunities; * Support implementation of continuous improvement tools; * Provide support during internal and external audits; * Assist in failure investigation and definition of corrective and preventive actions. **Technical Documentation:** * Support the Research & Development team in generating and organizing technical documentation for the factory; * Assist in item and product registration and qualification in the ERP system (SAP); * Support information and documentation transfer among Engineering, NPI, Processes, and Quality departments; * Assist in change control and release of engineering documentation—including Bill of Materials (BOM), 2D and 3D technical drawings (SolidWorks), and hardware and software documentation. **To participate in our program, you must:** * Be currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * Be available to intern **30 hours per week**. * Expected graduation date starting from **December 2026**. * Willingness to work under a **hybrid model in Caldas Novas/GO** (for interns from other cities). **What we offer:** * Competitive internship stipend * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) – health and wellness benefit * Mentorship with experienced professionals **Join a global company where transformation arises from cross-functional collaboration and from the people who collectively build the future of agriculture.**
