This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to learn hands-on about **CRM, low-code automation, integrations, and data analysis**, while working directly on real projects. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Document processes and procedures (step-by-step instructions, checklists, screenshots, and delivery criteria). * Organize materials and operational standards in Notion. * Support configuration and maintenance of workflows in Bitrix24 (pipeline, tasks, automations, fields, and forms). * Build and enhance simple automations using low-code tools such as n8n or Make. * Work with API integrations (REST), including sending and consuming JSON data. * Perform basic data handling in spreadsheets (importing, cleaning, and organizing). * Test workflows, validate results, and ensure consistency in deliverables. * Update task statuses and maintain organized records. **Essential Requirements** * Knowledge of process documentation and operational organization. * Basic understanding of CRM and automations in Bitrix24. * Understanding of automation logic (triggers, conditions, variables, logs). * Practical or academic experience with n8n or Make. * Familiarity with REST APIs (methods, headers, authentication, and JSON payloads). * Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Office 365). * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. **Nice-to-have (not mandatory)** * Advanced knowledge of n8n (loops, webhooks, versioning, error workflows). * Experience with Pipedrive and comparative CRM insights. * Basic SQL knowledge (JOINs, filters, aggregations, and data validation). * Experience with Power BI and Power Query. * Basic Python knowledge for automation and scripting. * Familiarity with FiqOn. **Who we’re looking for** * Student in Information Systems, Engineering, IT, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Interest in automation, data, technology, and process improvement. * Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow rapidly. **Benefits** -------------- * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher **Location** --------------- Rua Ministro Mirabeau da Cunha Melo, 1943, Candelária, Natal \- RN, Brazil, 59064\-490
