Check out below the internship opportunity we have for you!** **\#JOINMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Assist in planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance routines across branches and administrative buildings, including analysis of non-conformities and proposals for improvement; * Participate in technical feasibility analyses of new properties, monitor construction schedules, verify technical documentation, and support supplier management for new branches; * Support organization and control of service documentation, track supplier performance indicators, and assist in quality inspections and audits of outsourced services; * Assist in collecting and organizing data for project tracking, preparing status reports, and maintaining databases for performance indicators (KPIs); * Develop technical reports and presentations for various departments within the coordination team, translating data and information into clear and objective analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek:** * Undergraduate students currently enrolled at an educational institution; * Preferred fields of study: Engineering; * Availability to complete the full 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning or afternoon shift). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and activities related to Engineering, Facilities, and Infrastructure. **Work Location:** **Belo Horizonte/MG (in-person work);** **Additional Information** **What we offer interns:** * Internship stipend of R$2\.236,24, increasing to R$2\.449,58 after 90 days; * Transportation allowance—no deduction from the stipend; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance—no deduction from the stipend; * Mercantil Academy for Development All positions are also open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
