If this resonates with you, register now and join our team.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work in Active Ombudsman activities, including user reception and handling of feedback, aiming for immediate, impartial, humanized, direct, and formal resolution of reported issues; * Provide clarifications regarding services offered at HMDCC; * Support internal committees’ (e.g., Palliative Care, CIHDOTT, and others) activities; * Participate in bed rounds and sectoral huddles, proposing improvements based on feasibility; * Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports upon request; * Develop presentations upon request; * Conduct sector-specific surveys among patients, companions, and staff, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1. It has 460 beds, including 80 ICU beds, and 16 operating rooms. HMDCC specializes in urgent and emergency clinical, surgical, and stroke care, with referrals and admissions regulated by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Admission Center. We also serve as a reference for the SUS-BH network and for Minas Gerais State in high-complexity care across the following specialties: internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and urology.
