Job Summary: Intern (Projects and Pre-Sales) to support the development of electronic security projects, performing technical surveys, project development, and commercial proposals. Technical and commercial team support during pre-sales The Projects and Pre-Sales Intern will support the development of electronic security projects, assisting in technical surveys, project development, budgeting, and commercial proposals. The intern will receive internal training to learn the tools and standards used by the company. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Support the preparation and development of electronic security projects in AutoCAD (training provided by the company); * Assist in analyzing project scopes and technical specifications; * Conduct material take-offs and support budget preparation; * Prepare and update cost and quantity spreadsheets; * Support the preparation and formatting of commercial proposals in Word, following company standards; * Provide support to the technical and commercial teams during the pre-sales phase; * Organize technical and commercial project documentation. ***Requirements:*** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or technical degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronic Security, or related fields (preferred); * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with Excel and Word; * Interest in learning AutoCAD and technical projects; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication. ***Advantages:*** * Interest in or knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, networks, etc.); * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (not mandatory). * Behavioral Competencies: * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Organizational ability and teamwork; * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Strong written communication.
