MSL is a company operating in communications and marketing, providing innovative solutions to strengthen brand presence in the market. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll in the Domínio system, including statutory charges and integrations with eSocial, DIRF, CAGED, and RAIS. Conduct onboarding, offboarding, contract terminations, and verification of employee documentation. Manage electronic time tracking, attendance records, and provide support in benefits administration. Provide employee support, clarifying questions related to payroll, benefits, and documentation. Support labor compliance activities and monitor HR and HR department metrics. Assist in recruitment and selection, training, and internal communication as needed. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
