Work in the personnel department and employee assistance Position: Junior HR Analyst Location: São José dos Pinhais/PR Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT About the Position We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst with a generalist profile, who will be responsible for autonomously managing the company’s Human Resources routines. We seek an organized, responsible professional with a sense of priority and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes (end-to-end); * Conduct new employee onboarding; * Personnel department routines (documentation, time tracking, benefits, vacations); * Payroll closing; * Update and organize information in systems and spreadsheets; * Support training and development initiatives; * Support and execute internal marketing activities; * Record accounts payable invoices; * Control and delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist employees with labor-related inquiries. Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of HR and Personnel Department routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Experience in HR and Personnel Department routines. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Secullum and ContaAzul systems; * Experience with HR metrics.
