




Job Summary: A professional responsible for calculating, issuing, and verifying payroll documents, labor charges, vacation entitlements, and employment termination documents, as well as providing customer guidance and support, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Knowledge of and application of current labor legislation * Calculate, issue, verify, and submit payroll-related labor charges * Calculate, issue, verify, and submit payroll * Calculate, issue, verify, and submit vacation notices and receipts * Calculate, issue, verify, and submit employment termination documents * Know current labor legislation * Know and comply with União Assessoria Contábil’s internal procedures * Manage documentation for employees on leave * Issue the Work Accident Communication (CAT) and forward it to the company * Issue and manage all customers’ negative certificates * Submit RAIS copies to trade unions, as stipulated in Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) * Send clients summaries of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), via calculated spreadsheets * Formalize FGTS debt installment plans * Formalize social security debt installment plans * Client integration * Guide clients on potential questions related to labor legislation * Configure information in the Domínio System * Perform eSocial conversion for transferred companies * Prepare and file the DCTFWeb * Prepare and file the DIRF * Prepare and file the RAIS * Read and summarize practical updates to CBAs * Validate employee leaves for clients * Provide customer service * Update Professional Employment Records (Carteira Profissional) * Conduct employment termination homologations * Onboard new employees during the department manager’s absence * Daily review of sector-specific legislation * Handle client audits and inspections * Recalculate payment slips (guias) * Validate disbursement of collective bargaining agreement (CBA) adjustments * Conduct external visits to clients to clarify doubts * Request required documents from departments on behalf of clients * Lead Trello meetings during the department manager’s absence * Attend weekly Trello meetings * Transmit and monitor eSocial submissions * In the absence of assistants / associates / analysts, perform all related tasks
