Ensure excellence in internal and external customer service 2. Carry out HR department routines and calculate labor and social charges 3. Administer the time-tracking system and manage employee benefits Ensure excellence in service delivery and internal/external customer service, meeting agreed deadlines and providing solutions to back-office needs. Ensure salary and benefit payments to employees in accordance with current labor legislation and deadlines, as well as submission to and payment of social charges to government authorities. * Perform all HR department routines, including hiring, vacation management, contract termination, and calculation of labor and social charges. * Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations related to eSocial. * Administer the time-tracking system, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with current legislation. * Provide support to employees, clarifying doubts and advising on internal policies and labor legislation. * Manage control of company-provided benefits, such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and health insurance plans, ensuring proper operation and employee enrollment. * Assist in preparing managerial reports and departmental performance indicators.
