Strengthening the employer brand Responsible for end-to-end management of talent attraction and hiring, aligning candidate profiles with managers, utilizing hunting techniques, conducting competency-based interviews, and administering assessments. The role aims to optimize time-to-hire, reduce *turnover*, and strengthen the employer brand. * Gain deep understanding of job requirements in collaboration with managers. * Post job openings and conduct active candidate sourcing (*hunting*), especially on platforms such as LinkedIn. * Review resumes, administer technical/behavioral assessments, and conduct interviews (behavioral, structured, or stress interviews). * Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback, whether positive or negative. * Monitor HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hire. * Support onboarding processes and new employee integration. * Establish daily vacancy tracking mechanisms and ensure contracted SLAs are met. * Manage the PCP recruitment program in coordination with local government agencies. **Required Competencies:** * Negotiation skills with candidates and managers. * Proficiency in HR tools (ATS), social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and interview techniques. * Ability to align hiring activities with the company’s long-term strategic goals. * Interpersonal skills (resilience), ability to work under pressure, and capacity to build *networking*. **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * **Analytical Tools Proficiency:** Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and Power BI knowledge. Familiarity with learning methodologies and HR tools (LMS). Experience with Senior System is a plus. * **HR Knowledge:** Technical understanding of HR subsystems. * Experience in industrial sector recruitment.
