We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business focus and oriented toward identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle admission and termination processes, document control, payroll, effectiveness, vacations, leaves of absence, bonuses, severance settlements, and 13th salary; * Perform personnel control through activities such as payroll preparation, determination of vacation periods and severance settlements, as well as employee terminations and hiring; * Prepare routine reports, maintain employee records for client companies, provide assistance to employees, deliver guidance, clarification, and support in resolving employees’ issues related to social matters and benefits—including social security routines, leave monitoring, and follow-up of personnel; * Manage e-Social and DIRF filings; calculate severance settlements and issue FGTS digital severance guides; handle union contributions and welfare fees, among other HR department-related tasks; * Delegate new processes, new clients, or new HR tasks and oversee their implementation; * Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all HR outputs across the team; create, close, and critically analyze HR KPIs; * Develop and manage implementation of HR department procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resource Management; * Proficiency in the Domínio system; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations **Skills:** * System proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpreting legislation and conveying guidance to clients.
