Development of technical solutions for optimization **Job Mission** Ensure technical and operational excellence of the factory’s productive processes, guaranteeing efficiency, standardization, industrial feasibility, and direct operational support. **Strategic Responsibilities** Lead the plant’s productive process engineering; Define and standardize methods, cycle times, layouts, and production flows; Ensure efficient industrialization of new products; Directly drive productivity, cost control, and production stability; Develop technical solutions to increase capacity and reduce bottlenecks; Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams; Lead engineers, technicians, and engineering analysts; Define technical and industrial efficiency indicators; Ensure technical compliance, safety, and quality of processes. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields); Proven experience in industrial/process engineering; Strong hands-on experience on the shop floor; Experience leading technical teams; Practical, execution-oriented mindset. **Expected Behavioral Profile** Firm technical leadership; Data-driven decision making; Systemic view of operations; Operational organization and discipline; Ability to perform under pressure.
