FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis)

Job Summary: A corporate finance professional to support routine activities in planning, performance monitoring, report preparation, and financial analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support financial planning and monthly results consolidation 2. Prepare reports and KPIs, and analyze actual vs. budget 3. Support investor reporting and update the financial model **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.** **On-site (Goiânia \- GO).** **Job Responsibilities:** * Support financial planning routines and controls, as well as monitoring and consolidating monthly results; * Prepare and consolidate reports and KPIs for business units; * Develop materials and analysis of Actual vs. Budget, providing analytical support to leadership; * Assist in structuring the monthly investor report; * Perform corporate card closing by cost center, ensuring proper expense classification and control; * Support revenue accounting closing by business unit and by product; * Support the company’s financial model monthly update. **Required Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of Corporate Finance and basic Accounting principles, including understanding of financial statements and performance analysis; * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling; * Proficiency in preparing executive presentations using PowerPoint; * Prior experience in Financial Planning (FP&A), Controllership, or Accounting, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing. **Our Benefits:** * Flexible Meal Allowance via Cajú Card: Freedom to choose how to use your allowance, ensuring flexibility and convenience; * 100% Company-Paid Unimed Health Plan: Your health is our priority!
