Job Summary: A professional responsible for full fleet control and management, including fuel monitoring, workshop operations, tires, lubricants, and materials, generating reports and analyses to ensure operational efficiency. Perform complete fleet control covering fuel, workshop management, tires, lubricants, and materials, reconciling data between direct operational systems and the consolidation software, ensuring operational continuity of related processes and physical and administrative control, producing accurate, clear, formal reports as well as graphical analyses of consumption, averages, measurements, production, and other related departmental data. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor fuel inflow, outflow, inventory levels, and average consumption across all company refueling points; * Responsible for issuing fuel purchase requisitions according to company guidelines, ensuring prompt supply coverage for the entire fleet; * Register and configure the primary fuel dispensing system, perform minor maintenance on pump panels, identify issues within the overall fuel supply system, and initiate appropriate technical support requests; * Perform administrative registration and technical cataloging of all agricultural equipment and implements in the fleet within the PIMS system, as well as arrange for their visual identification (labeling or painting), maintaining an updated and detailed fleet register; * Collect data from mobile refueling points using data collectors; * Analyze and monitor area performance indicators (KPIs), proposing and implementing improvement and corrective actions together with supervisors; * Determine standard consumption averages per operation for each equipment model based on historical consumption data, applying them—after analysis—to standard consumption indicators; * Enter and update fleet maintenance and lubrication plans in the system, validating them with the Maintenance Manager; * Monitor, measure, and validate fuel balances in the system (accounting balance) against physical tank inventories, generating comparative reports for supervision and management; * Verify daily fleet refueling activities, validating hour meters/odometers, fuel types, operations, quantities, and refueling points to detect inconsistencies, fraud, deviations, and operational errors; * Participate in meetings involving the area, informing supervision and management about process progress and internal departmental requirements (internal customers); * Carry out job responsibilities in strict compliance with all organizational occupational safety, health, and environmental standards, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; promptly reporting to immediate supervisors any activity posing risks to personal or colleagues’ health and safety; * Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, consistently focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, immediately reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed; Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
