Updating contract values, discounts, and negotiations in the system. Supporting internal teams by clarifying doubts and providing accounts receivable-related assistance. Supporting departmental operational activities, ensuring information organization and up-to-date status. Operational management of return processes, including applying return invoices to sales invoices, and reissuing bills. Previous experience as Financial Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Accounting Assistant, or Treasury Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
