As part of our team, your mission will be to strategically structure and continuously improve financial processes, with an analytical and integrated perspective across the following financial subsystems: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, billing, budgeting, and accounting. We seek a professional with extensive experience in financial routines to ensure control, analysis, and execution of departmental activities, providing support whenever needed. Then seize this opportunity and apply now! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Verify and reconcile receipts, ensuring accuracy of financial records; * Perform billing and issue payment slips; * Ensure efficiency and timeliness of collections, minimizing collection cycle time; * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation; * Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, highlighting any issues or discrepancies; * Identify and implement process improvements in accounts receivable to increase efficiency and reduce errors. **What We Expect From You:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
