If this resonates with you, register now and join our team.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work in Active Patient Advocacy, performing activities related to user reception and handling of feedback, aiming for immediate, impartial, humanized, direct, and formal resolution of submitted requests; * Provide clarifications regarding services offered at HMDCC; * Support internal committees’ (Palliative Care Committee, CIHDOTT, and others) activities; * Participate in bed rounds and sectoral huddles and propose improvements according to feasibility; * Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports upon request; * Prepare presentations upon request; * Conduct sector-specific surveys among patients, companions, and staff, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1\- Enrolled in Nursing program from the 5th semester onward. **Additional Information** Internship schedule: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 8:00 AM–2:00 PM; Monthly stipend for 150 hours (30 hours/week): R$ 1\.114,00; On-site snack (breakfast OR afternoon tea); Transportation allowance; Meal allowance of R$ 220.00; Discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses at partner institutions; Training via PBH platform; Access to UpToDate platform. **Selection Process\*:** 1\- Registration/candidacy on the platform for the position / Curriculum review; 2\- Document verification and interview. * All stages are both eliminatory and qualifying. ***Note:*** ***Applicants will NOT be accepted if:*** 1\. HMDCC specializes in urgent and emergency clinical, surgical, and stroke care, with regulated and referral-based admissions coordinated by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Central Admission Unit.
