We operate collaboratively, dynamically, and with significant autonomy, valuing ideas, agility, and the drive to make things happen. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Product Management Intern to support our team in developing and improving digital products. If you enjoy understanding the market, analyzing data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform ideas into real solutions, this role is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Support planning and execution of new features and product improvements; * Assist in data and metrics analysis for decision-making; * Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align goals and priorities; * Map processes, identify optimization opportunities, and propose creative solutions; * Participate in planning meetings and track initiative progress. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in **Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields**; * Interest in digital products and technology; * Strong communication skills, organization, and analytical ability; * Eagerness to learn and grow in product management. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar); * Familiarity with UX/UI and user experience; * Prior experience in academic or personal projects related to digital products. **Schedule:** 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** Initial R$ 600.00; after 3 months, the intern transitions into a growth track within the agency.
