As an intern, you will support budgeting, expense control, and performance indicator routines, collaborating closely with Finance and Human Resources departments. **Your responsibilities:** \- Maintenance and updating of budget monitoring dashboards; \- Support in closing procedures and verification of budgetary variables; \- Responding to service requests and clarifying questions regarding variable expenses; \- Assistance in payroll and personnel department routines; \- Support in developing the personnel budget in partnership with the HR department. **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas and pivot tables); \- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about costs and budgeting. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools; \- Prior administrative internship experience or experience in HR. **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance: R$ 200.00 \- Complimentary on-site meals \- One paid day off per month for your personal use!
