Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor actual versus planned expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain the initial budget using cost engineering techniques. Evaluate project profitability and financial impact before and during execution; Control third-party measurements; Conduct cost analyses during tender processes; Monitor and control invoices throughout the entire process until payment; Identify financial risks and manage scope changes, calculating the impact of modifications during construction; Analyze supplier and subcontractor proposals and participate in negotiations to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratios; Organize and control documentation and payments; Manage projects related to third-party payments. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or Economics; Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required; Strong communication skills are mandatory, as daily reporting to China will be required; Experience in cost and budget control, including actual vs. planned analysis; Experience in financial evaluation of projects, third-party measurements, and invoice management through to payment; Ability to analyze proposals, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contractual obligations; Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong coordination capabilities across internal and external departments. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to enhance our benefits package.
