Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead high-complexity Continuous Improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED, etc.). * Map, analyze, and redesign processes, applying waste reduction techniques, productivity improvement methods, and digital automation/integration. * Conduct workshops, training sessions, Kaizens, and engagement events for operational and administrative teams. * Implement performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management routines for continuous monitoring of results. * Perform advanced data analysis (statistics, modeling, correlation, root cause analysis) to support data-driven decision-making. * Act as a facilitator across internal departments to ensure alignment and execution of the continuous improvement initiative portfolio. * Support the implementation of management systems, governance methodologies, and operational excellence practices. * Mentor analysts and internal change agents, contributing to the technical development of teams. * Prepare executive reports and managerial presentations containing recommendations, analyses, and strategic conclusions. * Monitor market trends, technologies, and best practices related to continuous improvement and operational transformation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production, Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA is desirable. **Additional Information** **Technical Knowledge** * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory) or Black Belt certification (desirable). * Proficiency in statistical tools and analytical software (Minitab, Power BI, Advanced Excel). * Experience with Lean methodologies and tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Kanban, Standard Work, etc.). * Strong analytical capability and systemic process perspective. * Familiarity with digital tools: Power Platform, automation, and system integrations (desirable). * Intermediate/advanced English is a plus. **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
