How about becoming part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: ***Your daily routine at Moura:*** * Prepare managerial reports; issue and consolidate salary adjustment proposals; and enter approved proposals into the system; * Tabulate data for salary benchmarking surveys; * Analyze the feasibility of salary adjustment requests as well as periodic salary adjustment processes; * Conduct impact studies related to collective bargaining agreements, supporting the Labor Relations team; * Update the Salary Table in the system and implement adjustments as defined in Collective Bargaining Agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: ***What we’re looking for?*** ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or Economics. ***Knowledge:*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps; * Experience with Oracle HCM and ADP systems (preferred).
