We seek a professional to develop stress tests for the System and support the implementation of requirements related to the Systemic ICAAP (a specific requirement for systemic cooperatives). #LI-GT1 #LI-HYBRID **Responsibilities and Duties** Here, your main activities will include investigating, correlating, and analyzing information from databases, accounting, and financial records to assess the impact of scenarios on financial statements and key indicators of credit cooperatives and Banco Cooperativo Sicredi. You will serve as the team’s focal point in building stress scenario analyses and providing input for the Sicredi System’s ICAAP. Daily activities include: * Providing technical leadership for implementing the Stress Testing Program across all entities within the Sicredi System; * Working on calculation rules / engines to adjust the balance sheet, income statement, and key indicators under various projected scenarios, including stress scenarios; * Analyzing and validating information generated during the budgeting process under the baseline scenario and various projected scenarios, including stress scenarios; * Developing tools to embed stress scenario analysis into business/balance sheet management of System institutions; * Developing policies, standards, and manuals on risk management strategies, methodologies, and processes—with emphasis on the use of stress testing; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in designing stress tests for scenario analysis; * Analytical mindset and ability to integrate and consolidate risks; * Knowledge of the balance sheet behavior of a Financial Institution (IF) and of financial statements; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse areas; * Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects; **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days per week onsite at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days working remotely.
