Collaboration with international teams (Germany and France) Our client has launched a global strategic project focused on **Battery and Electric Traction Systems** for heavy-duty vehicles. The project is technically led by Germany and involves direct interface with teams in France and Germany, as well as multiple customers (OEMs). **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Lead technological development, benchmarking, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities. * Ensure technical integration of battery systems (high/low voltage) into vehicle architecture. * Manage global suppliers technically and maintain direct interface with customers (OEMs). * Conduct design validation (DV) and process validation (PV), ensuring technology transfer from product development (PD) to production. * Collaborate daily with engineering teams in Germany and France. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Systems). A postgraduate degree in this field is a plus. * **Experience:** Solid track record in product development and systems engineering. * **Languages:** **Fluent English is mandatory** (ongoing interaction with international colleagues). * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Proficiency in battery architecture, cooling systems, and thermal insulation. * Experience with electric traction systems and integration of electromechanical components. * Knowledge of quality tools: DFMEA, 8D, FTA, and standards (ISO 26262, IATF 16949\). **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a proactive professional with excellent judgment for decision-making and the ability to seamlessly navigate between in-depth technical discussions and stakeholder management.
