Job Summary: Health insurance plan enrollment proposal analyst responsible for registration analysis, document validation, and compliance with ANS and operator regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal clients, health insurance operators, and medical teams **Job Responsibilities:** * Analyze beneficiary acceptance and eligibility in health insurance plan enrollment proposals. * Verify and validate registration data and documents of policyholders and dependents. * Identify and correct registration and document inconsistencies according to operator rules. * Monitor proposal workflows from registration through process completion. * Track operational statuses, including scheduling, tele-interviews, pending items, and DS (Declaration of Signature) execution. * Organize and update operational databases and performance indicators. * Use healthcare management systems, tele-interview platforms, and electronic signature tools. * Provide support to internal clients, health insurance operators, and medical teams. * Ensure compliance with ANS regulations and operator rules. * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of departmental processes. * Maintain confidentiality and accountability when handling sensitive health data (LGPD). **Requirements:** * Experience working in a regulated environment, adhering to ANS and operator regulations. * High accuracy in registration and document analysis. * Ability to handle high volumes of proposals and sensitive health data. * Willingness to undergo internal training on specific rules of each operator. **Salary:** R$ 3\.040,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical and dental insurance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting at R$3\.040,00 per month Work Location: On-site
