Senior Financial Analyst to work on financial planning, budgetary control, and results analysis to support strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to work on **financial planning, budgetary control, results analysis**, and **project profitability**, supporting strategic decision-making.
**Responsibilities**
* Monitor **Budget vs. Actual** and prepare **periodic forecasts**;
* Analyze **budget variances** and support action plans;
* Analyze **Income Statements (DRE)** and **Cash Flow Statements**;
* Prepare **management reports** and **financial dashboards**;
* Act as a **Business Partner** alongside project managers;
* Monitor **project costs, margins, and profitability**;
* Develop **financial models** (NPV, IRR, and Payback);
* Monitor **operational and administrative expenses (OPEX)**.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in **Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting**;
* Experience in **FP&A, Controllership, or Corporate Finance**;
* Advanced **Excel** skills;
* Experience with **financial ERP systems**.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* VBA and Power Query;
* Power BI or other BI tools.
