If you seek challenges, enjoy applying your knowledge practically, and want to work in a **dynamic and visionary team**, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Provide advanced technical support for data network incidents, and also handle, when necessary, issues related to telephony, microcomputing, servers, Internet, Wi\-Fi, and applications. * Proactively plan and execute critical GMUDs in production environments; collect and analyze data locally or via management and monitoring systems to predict and prevent service defects. * Participate in testing and implementation of special projects, receiving, analyzing, and approving engineering documentation that will serve as the basis for future maintenance activities. **What we’re looking for:** * Knowledge of Information Security, Network Monitoring, IP Networks, Internet (BGP, OSPF, etc.), Data Center, Microcomputing, Telephony, and VoIP. * Experience implementing data network, Internet, and Wi\-Fi projects; planning and executing critical GMUDs; analyzing and recovering servers, Internet links, and Wi\-Fi systems; supporting IT infrastructure, Data Center, and LINUX. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Telecommunications Networks, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or Telecommunications. * Certification in the field \- Mikrotik, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, or Linux. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MCTS, CCNA, LPI, VCDX, or VCAP certification * Knowledge of Mikrotik * Postgraduate degree in networking, telecommunications, information security systems, or related fields.
