




Job Summary: The Productivity Analyst works with information analysis and management, delivers training, and disseminates departmental routines. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver training on Production Control and Engineering systems The **Productivity Analyst** will work with information analysis and management, deliver training, and disseminate departmental routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and disseminate Active Management routines for leadership positions in food production units; * Develop and implement Executive Summary across units through database setup, report organization, and Excel programming; * Develop and implement tools to support loss identification and line capacity assessment in units; * Implement the Flexibility Map across units by training responsible personnel on tool usage and maintenance, enabling more effective workforce resource management in departments and providing managers opportunities to identify skill- and behavior-related development opportunities for their teams; * Support the development of the Master Workforce Plan and factory capacities (equipment); * Analyze installed capacities, prioritizing product mix (in coordination with corporate departments) to optimize unit workflows. * Prepare management reports, performing data analysis and collection; * Deliver training on Production Control and Product Engineering systems across organizational levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in the field and work in meatpacking plants will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Guatambu/SC** **Schedule: Flexible working hours** At Aurora Coop, you’ll receive the following **benefits**: * Health Insurance plan with no monthly fee for employees * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Long-Term Service Bonus (PTS) * Free Transportation Allowance * Partnership Agreements * Education Assistance * Daycare Assistance for mothers * Meal Allowance * On-site meals or Meal Voucher * Private Pension Plan Together, we have over **50,000 employees** across units from North to South Brazil—diverse in culture, ethnicity, and language—but united by the same purpose.
