Job Summary: Responsible for structuring and managing the P&L, analyzing revenue and pricing, and developing financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Development of financial models and executive reports Perform activities related to P&L structuring and management, revenue management and analysis, and pricing. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Build and structure the company’s managerial P&L; * Ensure consistency between the accounting income statement (DRE) and the managerial view; * Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budget / actual vs. forecast); * Support the budgeting process and periodic revisions (forecast); * Create dashboards and executive reports for senior management; * Monitor margins by customer, product, and channel; * Identify margin improvement opportunities; * Build predictive revenue analyses; * Track backlog orders; * Monitor accounts receivable aging; * Forecast future revenue based on backlog; * Develop pricing models based on target margin and cost structure; * Assess the impact of price adjustments and commercial policies; * Support strategic negotiations with feasibility analyses; * Monitor margin deviations caused by pricing policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering; * Solid experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Planning; * Proficiency in financial modeling; * Advanced Excel (mandatory); * Power BI or similar tool; * ERP experience; * Strong analytical capability and business acumen. **Additional Information** * Experience in mid-to-large-sized companies. * Close collaboration with the commercial area. * Experience in strategic pricing. * Familiarity with family-owned business environments.
