Job Summary: The FP&A Analyst will support the global FP&A function by leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities in partnership with business leaders. Key Highlights: 1. The FP&A Analyst will support the global FP&A function by leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. This role works closely with business leaders to deliver insights that support decision-making, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives. **As an FP&A Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Conduct budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes * Support monthly close processes, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast * Maintain updated forecasts based on current business performance and future outlooks * Prepare management reports and provide clear and actionable financial insights * Serve as the finance business partner for departmental and functional leaders across the organization * Support procurement-related financial processes, including reviewing purchase orders aligned with approved budgets and maintaining POs * Perform ad hoc financial analyses and in-depth studies to support operational and strategic decisions * Provide financial analysis support for internal due diligence, M&A, or strategic initiatives when required * Support Power BI reporting, including data updates, routine report support, and interaction with information systems **What you need to have:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields * Experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably within a global organization * Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities * Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems * Advanced English proficiency for verbal communication * Availability and interest in remote work (office locations available in Curitiba and São Paulo) * Flexibility to work across different time zones **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * MBA in related fields * Project Management experience **What we offer:** * Meal/food allowance via Flash card: R$924.00/month * Transportation allowance (VT) or Mobility Assistance via Flash card (without the 6% deduction) * Sul América Health Plan: + Dental and Health Insurance \- no monthly fee, no co-payment, private room accommodation, nationwide coverage * Childcare Assistance * Discounts at higher education institutions and language schools * Recognition platform with gift vouchers * Employee Referral Program * Life Insurance * Reduced working hours: 40 hours per week * Birthday gift
