We seek an **FP&A Analyst** to operate in a consultative and dynamic environment, focusing on **financial analysis, planning, budget control, management reporting, and presentations**, thereby supporting client decision-making and performance improvement. Responsibilities: * Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data, ensuring data integrity to support decision-making; * Develop, review, and automate management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, ensuring clarity in communicating results and key performance indicators; * Actively participate in the development and review of the **Business Plan**, including financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and economic feasibility studies; * Monitor and analyze variances between actual vs. budgeted performance, identify deviations, propose action plans, and support business units in improving performance; * Design and update strategic dashboards and KPIs using BI tools or Excel, proposing continuous improvements in data visualization and interpretation; * Participate analytically in corporate financial planning, contributing insights to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and maximize results; * Build financial models to support strategic decisions, including profitability analysis, projected cash flow, and sensitivity analysis; * Ensure organization, updating, and governance of databases used by the FP&A team, proposing process and control improvements; * Serve as a finance partner to other departments, supporting indicator interpretation, financial study preparation, and action plan development; * Plan and track the FP&A team’s delivery schedule, ensuring timely execution and high-quality reporting; * Perform other duties relevant to the role. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields; * Own vehicle; * Valid driver’s license (categories A/B); * Prior experience in finance and strong financial acumen; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level); * Willingness to work onsite in Holambra/SP.
