Learn more about C.A.C Engenharia: https://www.cacengenharia.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform payroll closing and verification, including social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and the 13th salary; * Control and submit information to eSocial, ensuring compliance with deadlines and data integrity; * Calculate and verify employment contract terminations, including severance payments; * Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll and labor legislation; * Support internal and external audits as well as labor inspections; * Analyze labor lawsuits by gathering relevant information; * Carry out compensation-related activities, contributing to salary analysis and internal personnel movements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in payroll processing for construction companies is a plus; * Familiarity with the UAU system is a plus. **Additional Information** Competitive remuneration based on experience Meal allowance \| Food allowance Transportation allowance \| Fuel allowance Birthday Day Off Totalpass Nutritional support Pharmacy discount (Vidalink) Opportunity to work in a growing company with potential for learning and professional development.
