




Job Summary: A Personnel Department professional to ensure excellence in service delivery, timely execution, and legal compliance in HR routines. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver services and internal/external support with excellence. 2. Ensure legal compliance in Personnel Department and eSocial routines. 3. Manage employee benefits and clarify staff inquiries. Ensure excellence in service delivery and internal/external customer support, meeting agreed deadlines and providing solutions for back-office needs. Ensure salary and benefit payments to employees in accordance with current Labor Legislation and deadlines, as well as government submissions and payment of social charges. * Perform all Personnel Department routines, including hiring, vacations, contract termination, and calculation of social and labor charges. * Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations related to eSocial. * Administer the timekeeping system, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with current legislation. * Support employees by clarifying inquiries and advising on internal policies and labor legislation. * Manage the company's benefit programs, such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and health insurance, ensuring proper operation and enrollment. * Assist in preparing managerial reports and departmental performance indicators.
