




Job Summary: A Payroll Department professional responsible for payroll processing, managing hiring and terminations, and ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. Employee support and legal compliance assurance Main Responsibilities * Process payroll, labor charges, and reconciliations; * Conduct hiring, termination, vacation, and time tracking activities; * Calculate and submit eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, DCTFWeb, and Digital FGTS; * Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.); * Support employees by clarifying labor-related questions; * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation (CLT); * Support inspections, audits, and internal HR requests. Requirements * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields (or currently pursuing); * Prior experience in Payroll Department; * Practical knowledge of labor legislation and social charges; * Experience with eSocial and payroll department routines; * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in accounting firms; * Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements; * Familiarity with systems such as Domínio, Alterdata, Nasajon, or similar.
