At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze market trends and conduct sectoral benchmarking; * Evaluate costs, health indicators, utilization rates, and claims frequency of benefit plans; * Propose innovations in benefits—including flexible benefits, wellness programs, and corporate partnerships; * Lead contractual negotiations with insurers, brokers, and providers of insurable and non-insurable benefits; * Support implementation of new benefits and improvements to existing ones; * Develop, review, and maintain corporate benefits policies; * Establish guidelines for eligibility, co-payment, and dependency; * Define and ensure governance and compliance standards; * Collaborate continuously with Legal and Internal Audit departments; * Design communication campaigns on benefits and wellness; * Develop explanatory materials, usage guides, and educational content; * Promote employee engagement initiatives and health education programs; * Design physical, emotional, and financial wellness programs; * Monitor employee perception through NPS and satisfaction surveys; * Track cost, utilization, and performance indicators for benefits; * Maintain updated and integrated HR-system databases; * Support promotion of campaigns, initiatives, and updates related to benefits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience with systemic operations (SAP, benefits platforms, and insurer systems); * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to benefits management; * Experience in contract management and supplier relationship management; * Experience interacting with benefit insurers and brokers. **Additional Information** * Work Location: Berrini – South Zone, São Paulo; * Employment mode: 100% on-site; * Availability for occasional travel. * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of #OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
