Job Summary: The Junior Accounting Analyst will support accounting routines, bookkeeping, and compliance with legal obligations, as well as assist in preparing financial statements and financial analyses. The Junior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the department’s accounting routines, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with the company’s internal and legal obligations. The role will involve assisting in the preparation of financial statements and financial analyses. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform accounting routines, including bookkeeping, classification, and account reconciliations; * Prepare and analyze trial balances and periodic financial statements; * Support the review and control of ancillary tax obligations; * Prepare management reports for performance monitoring; * Conduct cost and expense analyses, identifying variances and improvement opportunities; * Assist in the monthly accounting close. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (currently pursuing or completed); * Knowledge of general accounting principles and accounting legislation; * Prior experience in accounting routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability. **Desirable:** * Experience with ERP systems (Protheus). **Additional Information** Work Location: Sorocaba, SP Work Schedule: **On-site**, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 Mobility Allowance Meal Voucher Medical and Dental Plan Life Insurance Wellhub MediQuo OnHappy Annual Bonus At Global Group, engineering is about people and impact.
