Opportunity for continuous improvement and tax updates About the Position The Accounting and Tax Analyst will be responsible for executing and controlling the company’s accounting and tax routines, working both analytically and operationally to ensure legal compliance, information accuracy, and strict adherence to deadlines. This position requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to interact with internal departments and external partners (accounting, tax, and finance). Key Responsibilities Record incoming, outgoing, and third-party invoices; Calculate direct and indirect taxes, including ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, REINF, DIFAL, among others; Prepare and monitor ancillary obligations, including SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, and other mandatory legal filings; Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines, guaranteeing information accuracy and mitigation of tax risks; Conduct tax and accounting analyses and reconciliations; Perform accounting entries and reconciliations; Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE); Analyze, classify, and control accounting and financial accounts; Manage and reconcile balance sheet balances; Proactively identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement; Stay continuously updated on current tax legislation. **Requirements:** Technical Requirements Degree in Accounting Sciences (or related fields such as Administration or Economics); Solid knowledge of tax legislation; Experience with different tax regimes (Real Profit, Simples Nacional); Prior experience in accounting/tax roles, preferably within industry and/or accounting firms; Ability to interpret and analyze financial reports and statements; Knowledge and experience with Domínio and Acesys systems.
