Job Summary: Performs biological material collection, organizes and controls materials, and ensures sample integrity and compliance with quality and biosafety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Quality assurance and biosafety in procedures Performs biological material collection from clients, guiding them on the procedure to be performed. Organizes and controls collection materials and equipment, identifying resupply needs to serve clients in accordance with Good Practices guidelines, Quality standards, and Biosafety regulations. * Performs biological material collection via venipuncture, guiding clients on the procedure to be performed and verifying collected specimens against tests registered on the service order to ensure client satisfaction and well-being; * Performs centrifugation and aliquoting of samples using specific equipment to separate components and enable clinical analysis; * Performs sample triage to obtain accurate and reliable results; * Stores and disposes of samples according to each material’s storage specifications and discard timelines to comply with safety procedures; * Organizes collection booths and sample transport cases by verifying required items and appropriate temperature, recording details in a specific report to ensure readiness for use per procedure; * Maintains updated record logs per work instructions to ensure information accessibility; * Monitors temperatures of equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and sample transport containers by recording data in control spreadsheets to ensure biological material integrity and promptly report irregularities to leadership; * Requests replenishment of materials from immediate supervisor by checking inventory levels and inspecting critical supplies to ensure traceability and validity of consumables and maintain unit resources for ongoing activities; * Cleans and stores utensils and other products and materials responsibly using available resources to ensure continuous instrument availability and environmental cleanliness; * Safeguards the company’s physical assets by monitoring conservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the environment, immediately reporting observed irregularities to leadership to preserve organizational assets; * Supports development of technical area-related quality system documents to ensure compliance with Good Practices, Quality standards, and Biosafety regulations; * Conducts and supports toxicological and paternity testing;
