Knowledge of Investment Funds Job Description – Accounts Payable Analyst Job Objective Responsible for executing, controlling, and monitoring the investment fund’s accounts payable routines, ensuring contractual compliance, internal authorizations, payment deadlines, and proper cash flow management, including real estate acquisition processes. Main Responsibilities Accounts Payable * Execute and control payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and contractual terms. * Maintain control over payable contracts, validating amounts, due dates, adjustment indices, and obligations. * Ensure control and verification of payment authorizations according to internal policies and governance. Be responsible for generating payment slips and preparing payments with financial institutions. * Prepare, update, and monitor the accounts payable cash flow, ensuring financial predictability.
