Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring security, preservation, and maintenance of facilities during nighttime hours, reporting incidents and conducting patrols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure security, preservation, and nighttime maintenance 2. Monitor premises and conduct security patrols 3. Perform minor repairs and general facility maintenance Immediately report to the General Manager and direct supervisor any incident, abnormality, or accident occurring in the building. Observe safety conditions within company premises by visually inspecting areas to prevent or detect thefts, hazardous situations, and other occurrences requiring appropriate action. Conduct patrols in the company’s external area to protect its assets, paying attention to unauthorized persons, damage to facilities, unsafe conditions, open doors, and other factors that may threaten the physical integrity of the company and its employees. Turn lighting equipment or systems on and off at the start of the shift or in case of any oversight; also supervise facility opening and closing procedures performed by authorized personnel, ensuring safety conditions. Perform cleaning and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and other equipment as requested by the supervisor. Carry out general maintenance tasks, replace light bulbs and fuses, and perform minor repairs.
