Ensure organization and courteously attend to the syndic's requests. **JOB OPENING: CONCIERGE – Residential Condominium** **Location:** Almirante Tamandaré Region / Tanguá Neighborhood – Santa Felicidade – Curitiba/PR **Salary:** R$ 2.043,00 (base salary) **Meal Voucher:** R$ 588,00 **Contract Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * **Total Weekly Hours:** * 44 hours per week **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the condominium’s common areas. * Carry out minor repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance within the condominium; * Maintain conservation and organization of both external and internal areas; * Attend to the syndic’s requests courteously and promptly. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Concierge in residential condominiums is preferred; * **Important Differentiators:** * Experience operating and maintaining E.T.E.
